We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on worn or altered items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If your preferred option is out of stock, we'll issue store credit or a full refund.
Sale Items
Items discounted are eligible for exchange only.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Return or Exchange

- We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
- Ship the item back with your order number inside the package.
- Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
